A new era in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series begins this weekend at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway, as the inaugural Truck Series Chase gets underway with Saturday’s UNOH 175.
Ben Rhodes led the way in Friday’s opening practice with a speed of 28.838 seconds (132.076 MPH). William Byron was second, .058 seconds behind Rhodes’ quick time.
Christopher Bell was third followed by: Johnny Sauter and Ben Kennedy.
Matt Crafton, Matt Dibenedetto, Cole Custer, Kaz Grala, and John Hunter Nemechek rounded out the top ten on the speed charts.
Notables include: Brett Moffitt 11th, Tyler Reddick 12th, Timothy Peters 13th, Cameron Hayley 15th, and Daniel Hemric 18th.
