FORT WORTH, Texas (March 23, 2018) — On Wednesday, Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series driver Daniel Suarez visited the Consulate de Mexico in Dallas. The first Mexican-born driver to compete in NASCAR premier racing series, Suarez participated in a number of activities involving the Hispanic community, including a FaceTime session with local Hispanic students that are participating in Texas Motor Speedway’s Speeding To Read program, group and individual interviews with media, and a power lunch with Hispanic business leaders.
Suarez’s visit to Dallas comes less than three weeks before the O’Reilly Auto Parts 500 NASCAR doubleheader weekend set for April 6-8 at Texas Motor Speedway.
