Season Recap: Team BCR and Enfinger made ARCA history this season winning the first three races of the year at Daytona, Mobile and Salem. Enfinger continued to dominate, earning the pole at Talladega Superspeedway. The team then qualified the No. 90 in the second position at Toledo Speedway. Team Manager and Crew Chief Howard Bixman: “We’re very grateful for our partner’s involvement this year as we focus on the 2014 Championship. With that being said, we’re looking for a strong outing this weekend. Grant has minimal experience on road courses, but I feel his talent, along with his desire to succeed, will benefit our team this weekend. Grant has represented our partners and this team very well this season on and off the track. He has become one of the top drivers in this series and has proven his ability as a driver and a outstanding representative for our partners.”
Q & A’s with Grant Enfinger
What are your goals for New Jersey?
“Our goal is to just complete all 67 laps. As a team, we’re focusing on the Championship. We just want to get through New Jersey and have a solid finish. Howard and the crew are working endless hours to provide the best equipment possible every week.”
Do you feel you have a disadvantage going into New Jersey with only one road course start back in 2011?
“At this point in my career, road course racing isn’t my specialty. I’m really look forward to getting back to the track though. I had a lot of fun and learned a lot in my only road course race back in 2011.”
