“I’ve definitely been looking forward to returning to Langley Speedway in a stock car, it’s a track that has a lot of history around the Southeast, and a good amount of NASCAR racing talent has come through the ranks there. We’ve also been working really hard as a team on our flat track program and saw the rewards of that effort at Bowman Gray Stadium a few weeks ago. It’s a setup package we are still fine tuning, but will also transfer what we learn from Langley Speedway to New Hampshire Motor Speedway as well as Columbus Motor Speedway in the next few weeks. Although we’re on a really good top-10 streak right now, I still feel this team and this equipment are capable of much better finishes even though we’re all in our rookie year together. We’ll apply what we learned at Bowman Gray Stadium and make it our goal to get back into the top-5 this weekend at Langley Speedway.”
