Lisa DeLeeuw finishes 23rd in feature at Sunset Speedway

INNISFIL, Ontario – Lisa DeLeeuw battled hard all race long at Sunset Speedway on Saturday night en route to finishing 23^rd.

DeLeeuw would finish ninth in her feature, forcing her to run the b-main to qualify for the feature. DeLeeuw would battle hard throughout the whole b-main, making a pass with two laps to go for sixth to qualify for the feature.

Starting from the 21^st spot, DeLeeuw would battle hard right from the drop of the green flag, though unfortunately going a lap down to the leader at lap 10. The caution would fly three laps later for a spin by Montanari while DeLeeuw had dropped back to the 24^th spot.

A second caution would fly two laps later, but after that caution, it was time to make a move. DeLeeuw would take full advantage of the run to the checkered, making a pass with three laps to go to finish 23^rd in the feature.
