PETERBOROUGH, Ontario – Following a mid-race spin, Terry Woodley would post a 15th place finish in the Autumn Colors Classic at Peterborough Speedway.
Woodley would start off his ACC weekend on a rough note, finishing eighth in his first heat on Friday night after getting caught up behind Dave Watchorn when he spun. He would bounce back with a fifth place finish in his second heat on Saturday, to qualify 22nd for the 50 lap feature on Sunday.
Woodley would escape the early wrecks, slowly advancing himself further up the field in hopes to crack the top 10 before the competition of the event. However, he would see his solid run come to an end on lap 26 when he would go spinning coming off of turn four, virtue of contact from Charlie Smith.
Restarting in the 20th spot, Woodley would hope to gain some spots before the checkered flag was flown. He would accomplish that goal, getting by five cars before the checkered to post a solid 15th place finish.
