In conjunction with his Checkered Flag Foundation and Cooper Standard, Brad Keselowski will be riding with CareersForVeterans.org on his Miller Lite Ford Fusion as he seeks his second consecutive win at Talladega Superspeedway this weekend.
On the rear quarter panels of BK’s No. 2 White Lite will be the Careers For Veterans logo. The initiative was created by Cooper Standard, the primary sponsor for the Brad Keselowski Racing’s No. 29 Camping World Truck Series team.
Cooper Standard and Careers For Veterans support military members when they complete their service by helping to find ways they can utilize their unique skill sets in new roles in the civilian workforce—and Kes is thrilled to support that cause as he eyes his second straight GEICO 500 win at the 2.66-mile Alabama superspeedway.
“This is a tremendous opportunity to bring national attention to the Careers For Veterans program and it wouldn’t be possible without the cooperation of our longtime partner MillerCoors,” Brad said. “There have been some big moments for me at Talladega and hopefully we can add a few more this weekend.”
Last year, Brad had CareersForVeterans.org on his quarterpanels at Michigan International Speedway in August, when he claimed an eighth-place finish.
You can first catch BK sporting the Careers For Veterans banner in NASCAR Sprint Cup Series practice sessions at 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. ET Friday on Fox Sports 1. He’ll qualify at 1 p.m. ET on Saturday, and the GEICO 500 will go green after 1 p.m. ET on Sunday—both airing on FOX.
