(Lucan ON) Every racer looks at a new season with optimism and a clean slate. No truer words could be spoken for 20 year old Super Stock driver Trevor Collver.
The off season was a busy one for Collver. The TCM team spent the entire off season completely rebuilding his #1 Camaro. The crew had the car down right to the bare chassis and re fabricated and rebuilt a majority of the chassis in hopes of improving the performance after a disappointing 2014 season.
Work continued over the winter to complete the Super Stock project as other news surface of a Pro Late Model in the future. Sponsorship programs were being finalized for both Super Stock and Pro Late Model Programs, so the off season ended up being less than relaxed.
The new 2015 season brings optimism and new marketing partnership. The TCM team would like to welcome Inventory Express Automotive Lubricants, Wilds Printing and Graphics and Shelbourne Fuels to the #1 Super Stock team. Their partnership bolsters an already impressive group of marketing partners that are excited to be part of the young drivers Championship aspirations.
The Super Stock teams will race ten times this season at Delaware Speedway. Against top stars of the divisions, Collver will be gunning for the 2015s Championship and will have to beat some very tough competition. Trevor Collver hopes to be in the mix when they start calculating the final point standings.
