INNISFIL, Ontario — For the seventh straight event in a row at Sunset Speedway, Terry Woodley would finish in the top-10, crossing the finish line in the 10th spot on Saturday night.
Woodley would start off the night by getting blackflagged during his heat on lap two as a result of a loose gas cap. Forced to run the b-main, he would stay out of the pair of incidents en route to finishing fifth.
As a result of his qualifying effort, Woodley would start deep in the field, starting the 25-lap feature from the 17th position.
He would begin to move his way to the front off of the drop of the green flag, passing cars as he came up through the field. With only one caution during the feature, his progress was made difficult, but he was able to make it the top-10 before the checkered flag fell, crossing the finish line in 10th.
As previously mentioned, it marks his seventh straight top-10 finish, dating back to a trip to Sauble Speedway.
