DURHAM, Ontario — On Saturday night at Full Throttle Motor Speedway, A.J. Emms had a stellar run, posting his best career feature finish.
The afternoon would start off with Emms finishing fourth in the first heat and third in the next heat.
Come feature time, Emms was able to place himself solidly in the top-five and looked to be on his way to a strong run. Though, unintentional contact from a fellow competitor would result in being spun on the front stretch.
Restarting at the back of the field, Emms would work his way through the field, crossing the finish line in the fourth spot. The finish marks Emm’s best career OSCAAR finish, and his second career top-five following a fifth at FTMS earlier this year.
