Don’t have any plans for this weekend? Well, you should have some plans and a place to be.
A.J. Emms will be unveiling his modified this weekend at the Motorama Custom Car and Motorsports Expo. Emms’ No. 14 Modified will be featured in the OSCAAR booth at the show, joining Roy Passer’s super late model, Rob Divenanzo’s modified and Randy Huisser’s Midget.
Be sure to stop by the booth to check all the cars, as well as pick up a copy of the OSCAAR schedule.
The Motorama Custom Car and Motorsports Expo, taking place at the International Center by Pearson Airport this weekend, is known as the kick-off to the auto racing season in Ontario, with track representatives on hand to discuss their plans, as well as racers unveiling their brand new looks. The show also features show cars from one end of the building to the other end. Show promoters have been hard at work putting together a top-notch line-up of special guests, including NASCAR legend Bobby Allison and WelderUp’s Steve Darnell. Full details about the show can be found at http://www.motoramashow.com/.
Last year, Emms had a successful rookie campaign in the series, scoring four top-fives and seven top-10s en route to finishing sixth in the season-ending standings. The season was highlighted by a career-best third at Delaware Speedway in September.
Emms will receive marketing support from Sunshine Super Wash, Davenport Subaru and TSS Top Shops.
