April 4, 2016 (Concord, NC) – Tom Hessert and his Venturini Motorsports team are headed back to Nashville for this week’s ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards – Music City 200 at the Fairgrounds Nashville Speedway on April 9.
After nearly a two-month series hiatus and a disappointing season-opening finish at Daytona, Hessert is tuned-up and ready to get back to business. Hessert, who is running full-time this season for VMS, will showcase Slinger Apparel onboard his No. 25 Toyota Camry.
Looking to avenge last season’s 19th place finish at Nashville Hessert is confident with his new ride and team backing.
“I like our chances – the entire team has rallied around me from the beginning and prepared great equipment,” says Hessert. “We had a good test last week and learned a lot about our Toyota for the race. Nashville is a great track with tons of history. There’s no better place or time to get things rolling.”
Hessert, set to make his 160th series start has five wins, 47 top-5 and 91 top-10 spread across his nine-year ARCA career.
