Despite the weekend not starting out as planned, Wally Wilson put together a strong run in the feature for his first career OSCAAR Midget top-10 finish.
On Saturday through qualifying, the handling seemed to be a struggle for Wilson and team to figure out as he wouldn’t post the finishes as he’d hope to post pre-season.
Though when it came to feature Sunday, the pieces began to click together and Wilson was able to put together 25 solid laps en route to a sixth place finish. It marks his best career finish and first top-10.

There isn’t much downtime for Wilson and his team as he will head to Peterborough Speedway this weekend, set to do double duty in driving both his OSCAAR Midget, and OSCAAR Pro Midget. Notably, this weekend marks the series debut for the Pro Midgets.
