Coca Cola 600 pole sitter Martin Truex Jr. led the field in final Sprint Cup Series practice on Saturday Afternoon in preparation for tomorrow’s Coca Cola 600.
Truex had a fast lap of 28.972 seconds (186.387 MPH). Kurt Busch was seconds followed by: Jimmie Johnson, Joey Logano, and Greg Biffle.
Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Casey Mears, Matt Kenseth, Paul Menard, and Ryan Blaney rounded out the top ten in the 50 minute practice session.
Notables include: Carl Edwards 11th, Austin Dillon 12th, Denny Hamlin 13th, Kyle Busch 15th, Chase Elliott 18th, Brad Keselowski 19th, Danica Patrick 20th, Dale Earnhardt Jr. 21st, Kevin Harvick 24th, and Tony Stewart 26th.
