The feature had a bit of discussion at the end, but it was TJ Marshall that’d get credited with the victory when it was all done.
Jason Keen won the first heat ahead of Brian Atkinson, Chris Milwain, Marshall, Steve Trendell and Bob Gilbert.
The second heat didn’t go as Ian Burney wanted as he ran into mechanical problems. Mike Williams picked up the win ahead of Mike Westwood and the 11.
While it was Milwain leading the early stages, he’d lose the lead at about halfway as Marshall was able to find his way by. Marshall looked to be headed to a easy victory, though the caution flew late in the going as a result of the 11 stalling.
The restart saw Marshall get away initially, however Keen was able to complete the pass on the last lap. The caution then flew, though, as Atkinson ran into issues. The rule is once the white flag comes out, the next flag ends the race and if it’s the caution flag, you go back a lap. Therefore, TJ Marshall was crowned the race winner.
Jason Keen got credited with second, followed by Jason Trendell, Chris Milwain, Mike Williams and Cassidy Marsh.
