STIRLING, Ont. – August 13, 2016 – Officials with the Utica-Rome Speedway have cancelled Sunday’s third annual Gnome Cup for the Go Nuclear Late Model Series due to wet grounds and forecast for more rain this afternoon. With a limited number of event dates remaining in the 2016 season, the event cannot be rescheduled or made-up.
Details on points awarded will be announced in the coming days. The Go Nuclear Late Model Series would like to thank it’s fans, teams and competitors for their continued support of the series.
The Go Nuclear Late Model Series will return to action on September 16 and 17 at Mohawk International Raceway in Hogansburg, NY for the Mohawk Nationals and Richard Tenace Memorial.
