Unfortunately after a strong run last weekend, Jordan Latimer saw his night cut short on Saturday at Sunset Speedway due to a rear-end failure.
After time trialing 11th quickest, Latimer was set to gain ground and work towards another top-10 finish. However on Lap 5, he began to slow and pulled off, retiring from the event due to a broken rear-end.
Latimer and JL Motorsports will hope to have a strong run this coming weekend on September 17.
