With the UNOH 200 at Bristol Motor Speedway in the books, the playoff field for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series is full.
Johnny Sauter will lead the eight-driver field with, quite frankly, a boatload of playoff points. Five wins on the season, numerous stage wins and becoming the regular season champion will give him a hefty point lead as the series heads to Canadian Tire Motorsport Park next weekend. Sauter earned 42 playoff points in all.
The Wisconsin driver isn’t too far gone, though. Brett Moffitt’s four wins on the year have him just 15 points shy of Sauter going into the road course.
Noah Gragson will be third in the playoffs with 22 playoff points. His win at Kansas along with seven additional stage victories have him sitting in good position.
Ben Rhodes, the Kentucky winner, will be just behind Gragson. Trailing him will be tonight’s second-place finisher, Stewart Friesen, still searching for his first career win.
Filling out the final three spots in the playoffs are Grant Enfinger, Gateway winner Justin Haley and Matt Crafton who secured the final playoff position tonight. Crafton heads into the playoffs boasting only three playoff points, putting him 39 points off Sauter’s mark.
