Following a season that concluded with a sixth place finish in points, the ADAMS Motorsports team attended the 2015 Hoosier OSCAAR Modified Banquet this past weekend to celebrate their accomplishments.
At the banquet, Emms received a plaque for finishing sixth in the standings.
“I’d just like to say a big thanks to ADAMS Motorsports – Allen and Dianne – for letting me drive for them,” Emms said. “I really enjoyed this experience with the OSCAAR Modifieds. Just like to thank OSCAAR for having us and putting us on. They do a really great job and the trophies are pretty cool. Just want to say thank you to all the sponsors, and thank you for your support.”
Emms had a successful rookie campaign in the series, scoring four top-fives and seven top-10s behind the wheel of the No. 99 Adams Home Comfort, Barrie Auto Flea Market, Dwinnels Family Movers, Wolseley Canada, TSS Top Shops, Duckworths Fish and Chips Orillia, Wix Filters, Klotz Canada, Heritage Heating Contractors Incorporated, Hastings Home Hardware, Whitechurch Towing, Accurate Industrial Liquid Waste Ltd, Kitchen Tire 2013, Morton Metals and Orillia Trim and Door Modified.
As previously announced, ADAMS Motorsports will shift gears for the 2016 season and their third season involved with OSCAAR with thunder car veteran Luke Gignac behind the wheel.
Notably, Emms will also be involved in the series, but by doing his own project.
Stay tuned for updates through the rest of the off-season as we look towards 2016.
