MB Motorsports announced earlier this week that Bobby Pierce will drive the No. 63 Chevrolet Silverado at Kansas Speedway, Dover International Speedway and Charlotte Motor Speedway in May.
“Bobby is, without a doubt, one of the most talented drivers racing today. We had a successful first race together last year at Eldora,” team owner Mike Mittler said. “Bobby captured the pole for the 1-800-Car-Cash MudSummer Classic and almost came home with the win, coming in a close 2nd in his NASCAR debut. It was great night for Bobby and our team. Any organization that partners with us for these races with Bobby will be served well by his talent.”
The 19-year-old dirt track regular impressed fans last season with his runner-up performance at Eldora Raceway. The Oakwood, Illinois native is a two-time DIRTcar UMP Late Model National Champion with over 130 total feature wins in various regional and national touring series.
“I’m excited to be back with Mike and all the guys at MB Motorsports,” Bobby Pierce says. “We’re set to run the three races in May, but we still need marketing partners to join us.
